It sits in a quiet neighborhood between Cahuita and Puerto Viejo, within minutes of all services (gas station, clinic, supermarket...), and close to the best beaches in the Caribbean, as well as Cahuita National Park.

The neighborhood is a mix of local farmers and foreigners with a major focus on tropical fruit tree planting and permaculture. There is a little river about 300 meters from the property, with public access and drinkable water, where you can find some secret small pools!

The house is spacious and was built with high quality materials, providing a comfortable lifestyle in a countryside atmosphere. The living area features a big balcony/terrace with striking views towards the valley. The house has both rainwater and water from the municipality!

The lower part of the land has fruit trees and all kinds of tropical flowers. The rest of the upper part of the land is secondary forest, which has great potential for small cabins with gorgeous views.

It is 20 min drive to Cahuita's beautiful beaches, as well as 20 min drive to Puerto Viejo downtown. It is also 20 min drive from beautiful waterfalls in the area.
